-Your local foodbank will be able to send push notifications to thier recipients
-Foodbanks will be able to customize their Push notifications to a limited extent.
-It will be possible to send push notifications at the press of a button to ALL recipients immediately which will free up any volunteer hours your foodbank needs to allocate for packaging and storage of donations.
-The entire dataset would run on the top layer of windows, android or ios cellphone operating systems, and therefore have no interaction with any cell phone hardware or internal code frameworks- as it is handled on the browser layer only.
-The web page will be 'persistent' meaning it will still run without internet access, and will just reconnect at the users discretion when they wanted access again
-All data would be handled through an abstraction layer if preferred, which will be up to each foodbanks discretion.
-As a web app this website will be downloadable to users phone screens as an app icon
